Steven brings experience and knowledge of the Canadian real estate and mortgage market to OREG with over 15 years experience as a financial planner, mortgage broker and real estate investor. His 5 years helping others as a Paramedic came to an abrupt end with a tragic accident that didn’t leave much of chance at recovery. His devotion and tenacious attitude has propelled him to new heights in his personal and business endeavours. His experience and knowledge of negotiating and strategically structuring deals will ensure the on going success of OREG and it’s investors.

Rohit brings 15 years of experience in sales, marketing and client success working closely with fortune 1000 companies around the world. His background in financial auditing and enterprise risk management will help investors identify opportunities to grow and expand their investment portfolio. His expertise will assist OREG in expanding its Canadian portfolio, focusing on investor relations. Coming from humbling beginnings, he understands the value of hard-earned money. Rohit’s devotion to client success is unmatched, going the extra mile to ensure investors are well informed on their portfolio.
Justin Marion
Building & Development
Justin grew up on a dairy farm working 15 hour days, 7 days a week. His grit and determination has helped him launch a successful professional career in construction. He got his start as an electrical site superintendent working on some of Ottawa’s largest projects such as the Tangar Outlets, The University of Ottawa and other large government contracts. His personal real esate portfolio resembles that of someone twice his age. Now with over 14 years of experience in construction, Justin is an invaluable asset to our team and the construction engine behind our projects.

Andrew has a very entrepreneurial spirit matched with a ‘get it done’ attitude. His expansive background in business has resulted in building a company which turned multiple junior golfers into PGA Tour winners. At the same time, he built a successful real estate rental business and climbed his way to referee NCAA D1 men’s basketball. Andrew’s passion to thrive at whatever endeavor he dives into, makes him a valuable asset to the OREG Team.
Kate Beaton
Investor Relations US Division
Kate is an energetic leader who has thrived in corporate America as a Canadian. In a very short amount of time she has climbed to a leadership role in the aviation division of one of the world’s largest companies due to her strong work ethic and ability to overhaul and implement operational procedures. She has also thrived as an owner/operator of a rental property business. Kate’s experience, enthusiasm and ability to relate Canadian real estate to American investsors makes her a n indispensable asset to our OREG Team.
