OREG Lands A New Deal In EMBRUN

On June 18th, 2020, OREG purchased land to be developed into an 12-plex in Embrun. Embrun is located 25 minutes Southeast from Downtown Ottawa just off of the Trans-Canada Highway 417. Located in Russell Township, Embrun has recently grown to be the largest city within the township. The development of this project is projected to begin immediately.

OREG Buys 452 Blake in South Vanier

On January 28th, 2020, the Ottawa Real Estate Group (OREG) landed its first investment opportunity in South Vanier just minutes away from downtown Ottawa. OREG officially launched in January of 2020 and landed their first deal by month’s end. Their first deal is a single family property at 452 Blake Ave in Ottawa which has been re-zoned to allow an 8-plex to be built on property. The OREG Team plans to develop the property in the coming years.
